The ground floor welcomes visitors with The Atrium — a breathtaking space featuring a towering installation of over 1,000 prop wands. Beyond the entrance, guests can explore curated collections organised by Hogwarts House, discover personalisation stations for robes and trunks, and browse an extensive selection of exclusive New York–only merchandise.
The second floor is home to the world-famous Butterbeer Bar, where guests can enjoy a signature Butterbeer in a beautifully themed environment. The floor also features interactive photo opportunities, including a virtual reality broomstick experience that lets visitors soar above Hogwarts.
The lower level houses the Wand Shop — a theatrical retail experience inspired by Ollivanders of Diagon Alley. Visitors can discover interactive wands, explore the complete Noble Collection, and participate in live wand demonstrations throughout the day.
