Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with every purchase from Potter World. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Physical Products

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select "Request Return." You will receive a return shipping label via email.

Once items are received and inspected at our fulfilment centre, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products — including but not limited to high-resolution image downloads, digital art prints, wallpapers, downloadable content files, and any other electronically delivered items — are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that the product has been delivered in full upon the download link being made available, and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation under applicable consumer protection regulations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Exceptions: If a digital file is corrupt, damaged, or materially different from its product description, please contact support@potterworld.shop within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement file or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned regardless of condition: personalised or custom-made products, gift cards, digital downloads (as outlined above), and items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a physical item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product listing, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement at your preference.
