Terms of Purchase

1. General. These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the Potter World website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy.

2. Product Descriptions & Nature of Goods. Potter World offers a variety of products for purchase, which may include physical merchandise, collectibles, apparel, and digital products. Digital products include, but are not limited to: high-resolution image files, digital art prints, wallpapers, and downloadable content. The specific nature, format, and delivery method of each product is described on its individual product listing page. It is the customer's responsibility to review the full product description, including format specifications and delivery method, prior to purchase.

3. Product Images & Representations. Photographs, images, and visual representations of products on this Site are provided for illustrative and promotional purposes. While we strive for accuracy, product images may be digitally enhanced, colour-corrected, or artistically stylised. Images depicting physical environments, scenes, or objects may represent the thematic concept or intended aesthetic of the product rather than a literal depiction of the deliverable. The actual product delivered may differ in appearance from promotional imagery. You acknowledge and accept that reasonable variations between promotional images and the actual product do not constitute a material defect or misrepresentation.

4. Pricing & Payment. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Your order represents an offer to purchase, and a binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

5. Order Acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled if there are pricing errors, product listing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery of Digital Products. Digital products are delivered electronically via your Potter World account dashboard. Delivery is deemed complete when the download link is generated and made available to you, regardless of whether you have accessed or downloaded the file. It is your responsibility to download and store digital products appropriately.

7. Licence for Digital Products. Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, publicly display for commercial purposes, or claim ownership of any digital product purchased from Potter World. We retain all intellectual property rights in the digital content.

8. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Products. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product and receiving access to the download link, the performance of the contract has begun. You hereby consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link is made available, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Physical Products. For physical merchandise, risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for shipping timelines and our Returns Policy for returns and refund procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Potter World's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Potter World be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties. All products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Potter World disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that product images on the Site will exactly match the product received.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
